University Hospitals offers an easy and secure way to pay your hospital, provider, or lab bills online. You can pay your bill online using your statement number, or you can pay a “Teal” bill here. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact our billing office at 210-358-9500.

Pay Your Bill With Statement Number

To pay your bill using your statement number, follow these steps:

1. Go to the University Hospitals website at www.uhhospitals.org.
2. Click on the “Patients & Visitors” tab at the top of the page.
3. Select “Billing, Insurance & Medical Records” from the drop-down menu.
4. Click on “Pay Your Bill” in the “Billing & Insurance” section.
5. Enter your statement number and the amount you want to pay.
6. Choose a payment method (credit/debit card or e-check).
7. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Pay a “Teal” Bill Here

If you received a “Teal” bill, you can pay it online using the University Hospitals’ online bill pay system. Follow the same steps as above, but select “Pay a ‘Teal’ Bill” instead of “Pay Your Bill.”

Cart

If you have multiple bills to pay, you can add them to your cart and pay them all at once. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the University Hospitals website at www.uhhospitals.org.
2. Click on the “Patients & Visitors” tab at the top of the page.
3. Select “Billing, Insurance & Medical Records” from the drop-down menu.
4. Click on “Pay Your Bill” in the “Billing & Insurance” section.
5. Select “Add to Cart” for the bills you want to pay.
6. Review your cart and make any necessary changes.
7. Choose a payment method (credit/debit card or e-check).
8. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Search

If you need to find a specific bill or want to view all of your bills, you can search for them using the University Hospitals’ online bill pay system. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the University Hospitals website at www.uhhospitals.org.
2. Click on the “Patients & Visitors” tab at the top of the page.
3. Select “Billing, Insurance & Medical Records” from the drop-down menu.
4. Click on “Pay Your Bill” in the “Billing & Insurance” section.
5. Enter your search criteria (such as bill number, date of service, or patient name).
6. Click “Search” to view your bills.
7. Select the bill you want to pay.
8. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

MyChart

University Hospitals also offers a patient portal called MyChart, where you can view and pay your bills online. To access MyChart, follow these steps:

1. Go to the University Hospitals website at www.uhhospitals.org.
2. Click on the “Patients & Visitors” tab at the top of the page.
3. Select “MyChart” from the drop-down menu.
4. Log in to your MyChart account using your username and password.
5. Click on “Billing” in the top menu.
6. Select “Pay Your Bill” to view and pay your bills.
