Pay My Water Bill | Seminole County

Seminole County offers two convenient ways to pay your water bill: online through the Water and Sewer Accounts Online portal, and in person at the Environmental Services office.

Online Payment

To pay your water bill online, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Water and Sewer Accounts Online portal.
2. Click on the ‘NEW USER’ tab on the left.
3. Enter the Captcha and click ‘Next’.
4. Enter your email address, password, name, address, and phone number.
5. Click ‘Next’ to validate your email address.
6. You will receive an email with a link to validate your email address. Click on the link to activate your online user access.
7. Once your online user access is activated, click ‘Add or Manage Accounts’ to add your water service account to your online profile.
8. Enter your account number and click ‘Add’.
9. You can now view and pay your water bill online.

In Person Payment

You can also pay your water bill in person at the Environmental Services office located at 500 West Lake Mary Blvd, Sanford, FL 32773. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will need to bring your water bill and a valid form of identification to make a payment. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, money order, and credit/debit cards.

Note that there is a drop box located outside the Environmental Services office for convenient after-hours payments.

E-Billing

Seminole County also offers e-billing for water and sewer accounts. With e-billing, you can receive your bill electronically and make payments online. To sign up for e-billing, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Water and Sewer Accounts Online portal.
2. Click on the ‘NEW USER’ tab on the left.
3. Enter the Captcha and click ‘Next’.
4. Enter your email address, password, name, address, and phone number.
5. Click ‘Next’ to validate your email address.
6. You will receive an email with a link to validate your email address. Click on the link to activate your online user access.
7. Once your online user access is activated, click ‘Add or Manage Accounts’ to add your water service account to your online profile.
8. Enter your account number and click ‘Add’.
9. You can now view and pay your water bill online.
