Macon Water Authority Bill Pay – Easy and Convenient Options

The Macon Water Authority offers several convenient options for paying your water bill. You can choose from online, quick pay, in-person, autopay, and pay-by-mail options, ensuring that paying your bill is easy and convenient.

Online Bill Pay

You can access your MWA account to view bills, make payments, and more. Simply visit the Macon Water Authority’s website, click on the “Customer Service” tab, and select “Pay Bill” to get started.

Quick Pay

The MWA has partnered with Kroger, Walmart, and local check cashing retailers to offer this quick and easy payment option. There are 18 Quick Pay Authorized Payment Locations (APLs) located in Macon-Bibb, Houston, and Monroe Counties. To make a payment using the MWA Quick Pay Option, you must have your MWA account number and the zip code of the MWA office (31202-0108). Service fees vary per retailer, so please contact the retailer for their service fee.

In-Person

The Macon Water Authority offers walk-up and drive-thru service at the MWA Albert Billingslea Administration Building. The MWA Headquarters physical/street address is:

A night drop box is also available during non-business hours. A drop box is located in the customer parking lot for drive-up or walk-up access. Customers can also access a drop box in the first drive-in lane. Customer Service Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Autopay

Autopay is a convenient option for MWA customers to pay their bills each month. The process of setting up autopay is simple and allows you to have your bill amount automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the due date. To enroll in autopay, visit the Macon Water Authority’s website, click on the “Customer Self-Serve Portal” and log into your account. Then select a default payment method and select the autopay option.

Pay by Mail

Mail your check or money order to:

Be sure to make your check or money order payable to the “Macon Water Authority” or the “MWA.” Do not staple or tape your check or money order to the payment stub. Do not mail cash.

Pay by Phone

You can pay your MWA bill by phone at any time. There’s no need to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To pay your bill by phone through MWA’s automated payment system, call 1-844-517-9741.
