Paying your EWEB bill in Eugene has never been easier! With our online customer portal, MyAccount, you can manage your personal and business accounts from any device, making it easy to pay your bill online, by phone, or by mail.

Pay Online

You can pay your EWEB bill online using your Visa, Mastercard, or checking account. Simply log in to your MyAccount and click on the “Pay My Bill” button. If you don’t have an account, you can still make a guest payment without registering. Just have your EWEB account number ready, which can be found at the top of your bill or in your “bill-ready” email.

Pay by Phone

You can also pay your bill by phone using our automated pay-by-phone system. Simply call 541-685-7000 and press option one. Have your EWEB account number ready.

Walmart Pay

You can now conveniently pay your EWEB bill with cash or debit card at any U.S. Walmart store. Payments made at Walmart will be applied to your EWEB account in real time.

Drop Box

If you prefer to pay in person, you can use our drop box located at our former headquarters at 500 E. 4th Ave. in Eugene, or at our Operations Center at 4200 Roosevelt Blvd. Please note that the drop box is emptied once a day, so if your payment sits overnight, it will not be posted until the following business day. Do not place cash payments in the drop box.
