If you’re a Cleco customer looking to make a bill payment, you’re in the right place. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to log in and pay your bill using the Cleco MyAccount portal and the Cleco website.
MyAccount Portal
The Cleco MyAccount portal is a convenient way to manage your account and pay your bills online. To log in, follow these steps:
- Go to the Cleco MyAccount portal (https://myaccount.cleco.com/)
- Enter your username and password in the login fields.
- Click the “Log In” button.
Once you’re logged in, you can view your account balance, payment history, and make a payment.
Payment Options
Cleco offers several payment options for its customers. You can choose the one that suits you best. Here are the payment options available:
By Phone
You can pay your bill over the phone by calling 1-800-622-6537. Have your bank account and routing number ready, as well as your 12-digit Cleco account number, which is located at the top of your bill.
In Person
You can also pay your bill in person at any Cleco customer service office. Click here to find a customer service office near you. Payments can also be dropped off in the night deposit box outside.
Authorized Payment Center
Cleco has authorized payment centers where you can pay your bill using cash, check, or a money order. Walmart is also an authorized payment center, but they only accept cash or a debit card. Please allow one to two business days for processing.
Auto Pay
Cleco offers an automatic payment plan, which allows you to pay your bill automatically every month. To enroll, sign into your MyAccount, click “Billing,” and then “Automatic Payment Plan.” There is no processing fee for payments made through APP using a checking/savings account. Processing fees apply for payments made through APP using a credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
Bank Draft
You can also pay your bill automatically every month by bank draft. To enroll, call 1-800-622-6537. You cannot enroll in Bank Draft through MyAccount. View the Terms of Use for bank draft here.
By Mail
You can pay your bill by mail using a check or money order. Make sure to write your account number on your check or money order. Send payments to the address provided below.
