Online Bill Pay – Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia offers convenient online bill pay options for patients and families to settle their medical bills. You can pay your hospital, physician, and home care bills online using the MyCHOP patient portal or as a guest user without creating an account.

MyCHOP User – Hospital Bill Pay

To pay your hospital bill online using MyCHOP, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your MyCHOP account.
2. Click on the “Billing” tab.
3. Select “Pay as Guest” and follow the prompts to enter your payment information.

MyCHOP Guest – Hospital Bill Pay

If you don’t have a MyCHOP account, you can still pay your hospital bill online as a guest user:

1. Go to the MyCHOP website (www.mychop.chop.edu).
2. Click on “Pay as Guest” under the “Billing” tab.
3. Enter your child’s guarantor number or medical record number, and follow the prompts to enter your payment information.

Physician Bill Pay

To pay your physician bill online, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your MyCHOP account.
2. Click on the “Billing” tab.
3. Select “Pay as Guest” and follow the prompts to enter your payment information.

Home Care Bill Pay

To pay your home care bill online, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your MyCHOP account.
2. Click on the “Billing” tab.
3. Select “Pay as Guest” and follow the prompts to enter your payment information.

Good Faith Estimate

You may also have the right to request a “Good Faith Estimate”. Learn more about “Good Faith Estimates” and use this form to request an estimate from CHOP’s Patient Cost Estimate team.
