CCWSA Offices Closed for Christmas

Please note that CCWSA offices will be closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, December 25, 26, and 27, 2023, in observance of Christmas. If you need to make a payment during this time, please use one of the convenient payment options outlined below.

Payment Options

Online

You can view and pay your bill electronically using CCWSA’s online payment system. Payments may be made with an American Express, Visa, or MasterCard, or by Electronic Check. There is no fee to pay online.

To log in to the website, you will need your account number and the 12-numeric digit temporary password printed on your water bill. Once you are logged in, you will be prompted to enter a password of your choice for future access.

If your service has been disconnected for non-pay, please contact a Customer Service Representative prior to submitting payment so that your service can be restored in a timely manner.

Automatic Bank Draft

Your payment can be automatically deducted from your checking account each month through CCWSA’s Automatic Bank Draft program. This is the most convenient and inexpensive way to submit payment.

To enroll in the Automatic Bank Draft program, print and complete the Automatic Draft Enrollment Form and return it with your next payment or mail to CCWSA at PO Box 5000, Canton, GA 30114. You will receive a bill prior to your checking account being drafted, and the amount on the bill will be deducted from your checking account on the due date.

Mail

You can also pay your bill by mail using a return envelope provided with your monthly bill. If you have misplaced the envelope, please return your payment stub along with a check or money order to CCWSA at PO Box 5000, Canton, GA 30114.

In Person

Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card at CCWSA’s office at 140 West Main Street in Canton. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and a drive-thru window is available for your convenience.

Drop Box

Payments made by check can be left anytime in the drop box at CCWSA’s main office located at 140 West Main Street in Canton. The Drop-Box is located next to the drive-thru window on the left side of the building.

By Phone

Payments may be made over the phone anytime using CCWSA’s automated line at (770) 790-4601 or by contacting one of CCWSA’s Customer Service Reps at (770) 479-1813 during normal business hours.

Please submit payments on or before the due date on your bill to avoid late fees. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.
