Paying your utility bill online has never been easier with Cedar Falls Utilities! With our secure and convenient online payment system, you can pay your bill quickly and efficiently, without even having to create an account.

Option 1: Pay as a Registered User

If you have an online utility account set up, you can log in and pay your bill online with a one-time payment from your bank account, which is free of any service fees. You can also pay with a credit or debit card, but a $5.25 convenience fee will apply.

Option 2: Pay with No Registration

Don’t have an online utility account set up? No problem! You can still pay your bill online without registering your account. Simply use our Online Bill Payment System and follow the prompts to make a one-time payment from your bank account or with a credit or debit card. A $5.25 convenience fee will apply for credit or debit card payments.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Pay Your Bill Online

1. Go to the Cedar Falls Utilities website (www.cfu.net) and click on the “Service & Support” tab.
2. Click on “Billing & Payment Info” and then select “Pay Bill Online.”
3. Choose whether you want to pay as a registered user or with no registration.
4. If paying as a registered user, log in to your utility account and follow the prompts to make a payment.
5. If paying with no registration, enter your 10-digit CFU account number and follow the prompts to make a payment.
6. Choose your payment method: bank account (free), credit card, or debit card ($5.25 convenience fee applies).
7. Enter your payment information and confirm your payment.
8. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.

Convenience Fee: Please note that a $5.25 convenience fee will apply for credit or debit card payments. This fee is charged by an independent provider and Cedar Falls Utilities will not receive any portion of the fee.

• Mail Payments: You can mail your payment to the address above. Please include your payment coupon and allow sufficient time for processing.
