Carroll EM BC Bill Payment Options

Carroll EM BC offers various ways to pay your monthly electric bill. You can choose from traditional options like mail, drop box, in-person/drive-thru window, or automatic drafts. You can also use modern payment methods like online bill pay, mobile app, paysite kiosks, text-to-pay, and e-check.

Traditional Options

Mail/Drop Box

Bills can always be mailed or placed in our 24-hour drop boxes at our office locations. Remittance address: 155 N. Highway 113, Carrollton, GA 30117

In-Person/Drive-Thru Window

If you wish to pay your bill in-person, you may bring your payment to any of our office locations. A Member Service Representative can take your payment inside or through the convenient, drive-up window.

Automatic Drafts

Bank Draft

If you’d like to save the time of writing and mailing checks for your monthly electric bills, and save money too, just sign up for our free automatic bill payment plan. Your bill will be automatically drafted from your checking or savings account.

You still receive a monthly statement about 14 days prior to your scheduled bank draft denoting the amount that will automatically be drafted on the due date. Receive a $2.50 credit each month when you sign up for a total of $30 saved a year!

To sign up, you can call us at 770-832-3552 or print and complete the application and mail it or bring it to one of our offices. Please bring a check so you can provide accurate banking information. You can also email the completed form to [email protected].

Credit/Debit Card Draft

The same details apply for a credit/debit card draft payment plan. The amount of your electric bill is automatically paid on the due date using your major credit/debit card. You will still receive a monthly statement about 14 days prior to your scheduled draft. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. However, you are NOT eligible for a $2.50 a month credit with the credit/debit draft.

To sign up, you can print and complete the application and mail it or bring it to one of our offices. Due to privacy reasons, we are unable to set up credit/debit card draft or update card information over the phone.

Online Bill Pay

You can pay your bill on our website through the Member portal. It’s secure, convenient, and reliable. Credit/debit cards and e-checks are accepted forms of payment.

Mobile App

Anytime, Carroll EMC’s FREE mobile app makes it easier than ever to do business with us. It’s FREE to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Just search “Carroll EMC.” You can view your bills, make payments, manage your alerts and reminders, receive notifications, and even report power outages.

Paysite Kiosks

Pay your Carroll EMC bill or purchase PrePay electricity 24/7, even on weekends and holidays, at a kiosk near you. Payments are posted immediately to your account.

Self-service payment centers are located in all of our offices. The payment centers accept cash, credit/debit card, and check. Besides paying Carroll EMC bills, payment center visitors can usually pay other utility and/or mortgage payments. These other types of payments are typically posted next day.
