Enroll / Log In to Aquarion Customer Portal

To enroll, please use the Zip Code where your bill is mailed.
Pay Bill (One-time Payments) Online or by Phone
- No enrollment required.
- Aquarion account number and the zip code where your bill is mailed needed to make one-time payment.
- Pay with your checking account or credit card.
- Payment will be posted within two business days.
Customers in Massachusetts and non-residential customers in Connecticut and New Hampshire will be charged a $1.95 service fee for one-time payments by our payment processing agent, KUBRA. Aquarion does not receive any revenue from the fee charged by KUBRA for processing payments.
To make your payment over the phone, please call 866-446-2516 (Available 24/7). You will still receive your paper bill by mail.
