Bill Statement Closing Dates

Your billing statement closing dates are determined based on when the alarm system was activated. You can find the due date of your current bill on the Dashboard or Account page of MyADT.com, or by looking in the top right portion of your invoice.

Billing Address

To change your billing address, please log into MyADT and click on Account from the left navigation. Then, click on the Profile tab and click the Edit button to the right of Billing Address. Input your updated address and then click Update.

Payment Methods

We offer several ways to pay your bill. You can use our online payment system to pay your bill quickly and securely. We also offer the ADT EasyPay® program, which allows you to automatically pay your bill each month.

Online Payment

To make a one-time payment, log into MyADT.com and click on the Account tab. Then, click on the Make a Payment button. You can also use Express Pay to make a one-time payment without having to log into your MyADT account.

ADT EasyPay®

The ADT EasyPay® program is an automated payment option that makes paying your bill, well, automatic. You can sign up for ADT EasyPay® by logging into MyADT.com and clicking on the Account tab. Then, click on the Manage EasyPay button.

Why am I no longer receiving a paper statement?

If you signed up for the ADT EasyPay® program, you’ll no longer receive a statement in the mail. If you’re not using ADT EasyPay, visit the Account > Profile page to review the billing address we have on file and make a change if it’s incorrect.

How do I change my billing address?
