How do I make a payment on WM?
Online Payments: If you have registered for an online account, go to the My Account section of WM.com to access online payment options, a free service. To make a payment, select the account (s) that you want to pay, and enter your payment method. If you have not registered an account with WM.com, you can still make a one-time payment.
How do I view my WM account balance?
To view the balance, go to the My Account section on WM.com. You can view your current balance on the “My Account” dashboard. If you have recently made a payment, the payment will be reflected online within five business days. Go to the My Account section of WM.com to access online payment options, a free service.
How do I make a payment to my Waste Management Account?
Pay-by-Phone: Dial 1-866-WMI-2PAY (1-866-964-2729) to use the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to process a payment to your Waste Management account. When you call, please have your WM ezPay ID or WM Account Number available, along with your zip code and invoice number. There is a $5 fee for this service, where applicable.
