How do I pay my DTE Energy bill?
Eligible customers can pay with a Visa®, Mastercard® and Discover® debit or credit card. Paying by phone using our automated payment system is a fast, convenient way to pay your DTE Energy bill — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call 800.477. 4747.
What payment methods does DTE accept?
What payment methods are accepted? DTE Energy accepts payments from checking and savings accounts. Eligible customers can pay with a Visa®, Mastercard® or Discover® debit or credit card. Cash payments are also accepted at our DTE Energy Bill Payment Kiosks.
How do I get my DTE confirmation number?
If the tenant calls DTE Energy at (800) 477-4747 and our requirements are met, the tenant will receive a confirmation number and service will be transferred into the tenant’s name on an agreed-upon date. DTE Energy will send the landlord a letter or an email when a service has been placed in a landlord’s name.
How do I make a payment arrangement with DTE Energy?
