- Enter your nine-digit Water Access Code, which can be found on your bill, and your ZIP code.
- Select the payment method you prefer, such as automatic bank payments, credit card, check or money order, eCheck, or cash (at the Municipal Services Building).

Method 2: Paying through the Las Vegas Valley Water District’s website
- Go to the Las Vegas Valley Water District’s website at www.lvvwd.com.
- Click on the “Customer Service” tab at the top of the page.
- Select “Pay Bill” from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your account number, which can be found on your bill, and click “Next.”
- Choose the payment method you prefer, such as credit card, check, or money order.
- Follow the instructions to complete the payment process.
Fees and Payment Options
There are various fees associated with paying your water bill online, depending on the payment method you choose. Here’s a breakdown of the fees for each payment method:
- Automatic bank payments: free
- eCheck payment: free
- Credit card payment (residential): $2.95
- Credit card payment (commercial): $15.95
- Returned Checks: $20.00
- Late Fees: 5% of the total due will be added to your bill if you do not pay it on time. An additional 0.5% charge will be added for each month your charges are not paid.
You can also set up recurring, automatic monthly payments through the City of Philadelphia’s website. To do so, create an account in the City’s water bill payment website, MyPhillyWaterBill, and sign up for AutoPay.
Other Ways to Pay
If you prefer not to pay online, there are other ways to pay your water bill. Here are some options:
- By mail: Mail in the return portion of your bill with a check or money order, made payable to: Water Revenue Bureau, P.O. Box 41496, Philadelphia, PA 19101-1496.
- By phone: Pay through an interactive voice system by calling (877) 309-3709.
- In person: Visit one of the City’s three authorized payment centers.
- Center City: Municipal Services Building, 1401 JFK Blvd., Concourse Level. Hours: Open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
