My VEC Account Online
Our online accounts are managed through the SmartHub application. To login on your desktop, you visit our main vec.org site and use the main account login form. Your login information through our website is the same on their mobile application.

If you are new to SmartHub, register to use it: click here.
Next, for the easiest account access, download the mobile application for iOS or Android.
We strongly recommend you download the SmartHub application on your mobile device. It allows you to manage your VEC account at your fingertips. You can view usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues, and receive special messages from VEC.
Online Payments
You can pay your bills online through our secure payment system. You will need to have your account number and a valid email address to make a payment.

Bankdraft
You can authorize VEC to automatically draft your payment from your bank account. To set up bankdraft, download and complete the Bankdraft Authorization form.
PayMyWay
You can make a payment over the phone by calling 1-877-827-2313. Have your account number and payment information ready.
Levelized Billing
Levelized billing is a program that allows you to pay a set amount each month based on your historical usage. To sign up for levelized billing, download and complete the Levelized Billing Application.
Automated Meter Reading
Automated Meter Reading (AMR) uses wireless technology to transmit your electric usage data to VEC. This eliminates the need for a meter reader to physically visit your location.
