Twin Lakes Bill Pay: Your Guide to Paying Bills Online, by Phone, or In Person

Welcome to Twin Lakes Telephone Cooperative Corporation’s bill pay guide! We understand that paying bills can be a hassle, which is why we’ve made it easy for you to pay your bills online, by phone, or in person. In this guide, we’ll take you through the different payment options available to you, so you can choose the method that works best for you.
Online Payment:
The fastest and most convenient way to pay your Twin Lakes bill is through our online SmartHub portal. With SmartHub, you can view your billing statement, pay with your credit card or bank account, set up recurring payments, report a problem with your service, update your account information, and more!
To pay your bill online, follow these steps:
- Go to the Twin Lakes website (https://twlakes.smarthub.coop/) and click on the “Payment Options” tab.
- Select “Pay Online” and log in to your SmartHub account.
- Follow the prompts to enter your payment information and complete the payment process.
Phone Payment:
If you prefer to pay your bill over the phone, you can use our secure pay-by-phone system, Secure Pay. Simply call 888-220-6229 to make a payment using your credit or debit card.
Autopay:
Another convenient option is to enroll in our autopay option, which automatically debits your bank account or credit card each month. As an added bonus, you’ll receive $20.00 off your next billing statement when you sign up for autopay!
To enroll in autopay, follow these steps:
- Go to the Twin Lakes website (https://twlakes.smarthub.coop/) and click on the “Payment Options” tab.
- Select “Autopay” and follow the prompts to enroll in the program.
Mail Payment:
If you prefer to pay your bill by mail, send your payment via check with your remittance stub to PO Box 125 Gainesboro, TN 38562.
In-Person Payment:
You can also pay your bill in person at any one of our seven local offices. For your convenience, we have secure drop boxes available at each location.
Office Hours:
Monday through Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Reconnection Fee:
If your service is disconnected for non-payment, previous charges must be paid before your service can be reconnected. A reconnection fee will be added to your next bill.
Billing Statement:
Your billing statement is generated monthly and is due by the 15th of each month. Each statement will have charges billed for one month in advance from the date of the bill.
