Our new online customer service portal allows you to pay your water bill quickly and securely using a credit or debit card. Simply log in to your account, click on the “Pay Now” button, and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Automatic Payments
If you prefer a hassle-free way to pay your water bill, consider enrolling in our automatic payment program. With this program, your water bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account each month, ensuring that your payment is always on time.
Bank/Credit Union Bill Payment
Another option for paying your water bill is to use your bank’s or credit union’s online bill payment service. Simply log in to your bank’s or credit union’s website, search for Tualatin Valley Water District, and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
