Direct Pay Plan

Riverside Public Utilities offers a Direct Pay Plan that allows you to have your utility payment paid directly from your preferred checking, savings, and loan or credit union account. This plan saves you time and money, and it’s absolutely free! To enroll in the Direct Pay Plan, complete the application form and attach a blank voided check from your financial institution. Send it in, and you’ll receive a pre-notification statement that must be paid before your activation in the program.

Level Pay Plan

The Level Pay Plan is available for residents and small businesses. This plan helps you budget and pay your water and energy bill. You can sign up for paperless e-Billing and view your history online. To enroll in the Level Pay Plan, use your account number to create your “My Account” profile.
