    MyEnergy Online is Palmetto Electric Cooperative’s online account management system. With MyEnergy Online, you can monitor your electric usage, view your billing history, and make payments. To log in, visit the MyEnergy Online portal and enter your account number and password. If you haven’t registered yet, click on “New User” to create an account. Once logged in, navigate to the “Billing and Payment” tab to view your current bill and make a payment. You can also set up automatic payments, which will deduct the amount due from your bank account on the due date.
  2. Auto-Pay & Bank Draft:
    Auto-Pay and Bank Draft are convenient options that allow you to automate your monthly payments. With Auto-Pay, your payment is deducted from your checking account on the due date. To enroll in Auto-Pay, log in to MyEnergy Online, navigate to the “Billing and Payment” tab, and click on “Auto-Pay Enrollment.” Fill out the required information, and you’re set! With Bank Draft, your payment is deducted from your bank account on the due date. To enroll in Bank Draft, log in to MyEnergy Online, navigate to the “Billing and Payment” tab, and click on “Bank Draft Enrollment.” Fill out the required information, and you’re set!

    E-Billing is a paperless billing option that allows you to receive your electric bill via email. To enroll in E-Billing, log in to MyEnergy Online, navigate to the “Billing and Payment” tab, and click on “E-Billing Enrollment.” Fill out the required information, and you’ll start receiving your electric bill via email.
  4. In-Person Payments:
    If you prefer to pay in-person, Palmetto Electric Cooperative has several district offices where you can pay your bill. You can find the nearest district office by visiting the Palmetto Electric Cooperative website and clicking on “Contact Us.” Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
