Alternatively, you can also sign up for e-Bill, which allows you to receive your gas bill via email. With e-Bill, you can pay your bill online, by phone, or by mail. To sign up for e-Bill, follow these steps:

If you prefer to pay your bill in person, ORUD has several locations where you can do so. You can pay your bill at the ORUD office, located at 120 S. Jefferson Circle, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. You can also pay your bill at any of the following locations:

• Oak Ridge Public Library, 1410 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN 37830
• Anderson County Courthouse, 101 S. Main Street, Clinton, TN 37716

To pay your bill in person, simply bring your bill and payment to the designated location during business hours.

Bank Draft

Another convenient option for paying your ORUD bill is bank draft. With bank draft, your bill can be deducted directly from your bank account. To sign up for bank draft, follow these steps:

1. Visit the ORUD website (www.orud.org) and click on the “Customer Service” tab.
2. Click on “Billing” from the dropdown menu.
3. Select “Bank Draft” and follow the prompts to sign up.

Once you’ve signed up for bank draft, your payment will automatically process on the due date, and the payment will be deducted from your bank account the following business day.
