You can also make payments in person at Metcom’s headquarters located at 23121 Camden Way, California, MD 20619. Payments are accepted between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays.
Please note that cash, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are accepted for in-person payments.
Night Depository
Metcom also offers a night depository located in the headquarters parking lot. Payments placed in the night depository are picked up daily by 8:00 am and posted to accounts that day. Please do not put cash in the night depository.
If Your Water is Off
If your water is off, you must make a payment at the office to have service turned on. Payments must be made in cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or cashier’s check.
