If you prefer to make a payment over the phone, you can call our 24-hour phone pay system at 877-215-5352. Have your account number and payment information ready.

In-Person Payment

You can also pay your bill in person at our office located at 571 Jennings Rd, Statesville, NC. Please bring your entire bill when paying in person.

Automatic Bank Draft

You can also sign up for automatic bank draft to have your water bill payment automatically deducted from your bank account each month. Just complete the Automatic Bank Draft Form and return it to our office.

Iredell Water Corporation accepts payment by cash, check, money order, bank draft, or Visa/MasterCard/Discover (credit/or debit). We do not accept starter checks. Payments by checks are not accepted on accounts that have been disconnected for non-payment.
