Houston County Water Bill Pay

If you’re looking to pay your water bill in Houston County, Georgia, there are several options available to you. You can choose to pay online, by phone, or in person at one of the two office locations.

Online Payment

To pay your water bill online, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Houston County Online Services portal: https://www.houstoncountyga.org/online-services/online-payments.cms
2. Click on the “Water” tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter your account number and password to log in.
4. Select the payment option you want to use: credit/debit card or e-check.
5. Enter the payment amount and complete the transaction.

Note: There is a convenience fee of 2.5% of the payment amount for using a credit/debit card. E-check payments have a flat fee of $1.50.

Phone Payment

To pay your water bill by phone, call 1-844-611-0268. Have your account number and payment information ready.

In-Person Payment

You can also pay your water bill in person at one of the two office locations:

1. Warner Robins Office: 200 Carl Vinson Parkway, Warner Robins, GA 31088
2. Perry Office: 2018 Kings Chapel Road, Perry, GA 31069

Both offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can use cash, check, or money order to pay your bill.

Bank Draft

Another option is to set up bank draft, which allows the water department to automatically deduct the payment amount from your bank account on the due date. To set up bank draft, download the Bank Draft Form from the Houston County Water System website: https://www.houstoncountyga.org/business/water.cms. Fill out the form and return it to the water department office with a voided check.

Transfer Fee

If you’re moving and need to transfer your water service to a new location, there is a transfer fee of $25.00. You’ll need to fill out a Transfer Form and return it to the water department office.

New Service Installation and Damaged Equipment Replacement Cost

If you need to install new water service or replace damaged equipment, there are fees associated with these services. The fees are as follows:

• New Service: $725.00 ($650.00 tap fee; $75.00 connection fee)
• Water Meter: $200.00
• Water Meter Box: $50.00
• Water Meter Box Lid: $25.00
• Dual Check Back Flow Prevention Device: $35.00

Meter boxes are to be kept free of dirt, debris, and pine straw and bushes/trees/plants. If any of these obstruct the Houston County Water Personnel from getting to the meter, the obstruction will be removed.

Theft of Services

If a water service is found to be straight piped, the Houston County Sheriff’s Department will be called to the location. Photographs will be taken and a report will be filed for theft of services. Water department personnel will disconnect the straight pipe and lock out the service. The account name or “account holder” will be held responsible. The account holder will be required to pay a straight pipe fee of $150.00 plus any and all outstanding bills and fees associated with their account BEFORE service will be restored. If the fees are not paid, a warrant for arrest will be issued for Theft of Services. The account holder will also be responsible for paying all court costs associated with the warrant.

Cut lock fee: $75.00
Cut valve fee: $150.00
Straight pipe fee: $150.00

Billing Cycles

The Houston County Water System bills monthly. The water system is divided into six cycles for billing:

1. Cycle 1 (30 Route): Bills are billed and mailed on the 5
