No sign-up is necessary, and you can pay your bill online or by calling 1-888-826-5006. A $3.25 convenience fee and a minimum $0.01 payment will apply, with a maximum payment amount of $500 for residential customers.

In-Person Payment Locations:

1. Western Union:
   You can pay your Hawaiian Electric bill through Western Union by visiting a retailer like Foodland, Safeway, Walmart, and more. Bring your account number and form of payment to the customer service agent and ask to pay your bill through Western Union.
2. First Hawaiian Bank (Maui County and Hawaii Island only):
   You can also pay your electric bill at First Hawaiian Bank branches in Maui County and Hawaii Island. A convenience fee applies.
3. Molokai Community FCU (Members only):
   Members of Molokai Community FCU can pay their electric bills at their branches. This service is free.
