Online Portal

You can pay your bill online by visiting the GCEC Member Services Portal. To get started, you’ll need your account number, statement ID, and email address. Once you’ve entered this information, you’ll receive an email with a link to continue the registration process.

If you don’t have an account, you can register online.

Mobile App

You can also pay your bill using the GCEC mobile app for Android or iOS devices. To get started, download the app and log in to your account. If you don’t have an account, you can register using the app.

Mail

You can pay your bill by mail using a check. Make sure to detach the portion of your paper bill and enclose it with your check in the envelope provided.

In Our Offices

You can pay your bill in person at one of GCEC’s office locations. They accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.

Dropbox

If you need to make a payment outside of regular business hours, you can use one of GCEC’s drop boxes located at their office locations.

Over the Phone

You can pay your bill over the phone using American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard at any of GCEC’s locations. They also accept credit card payments over the phone at no additional charge.

Flex Pay

Tired of paying late fees and disconnect fees? Consider enrolling in GCEC’s Flex Pay program, a prepaid metering solution that can lead to savings in monthly fees. With this program, there are no delinquent fees, late fees, disconnect fees, or reconnect fees. The deposit for this program is $50 if required.

Pay by Electronic Transfer

You can also draft your utility bill from your checking account. GCEC will continue to mail a copy of the bill to you for your files.

Average Billing / Levelized Billing

Balance your budget by eliminating bill peaks and valleys with GCEC’s Average Billing/Levelized Billing program. They’ll average your current bill and the previous 11 bills, and continue this cycle every month. The amount will not be the same each month.

Stay connected with GCEC through their social media channels, email newsletters, and text alerts. This way, you’ll stay up-to-date on the latest news, outages, and payment reminders.

Hours of Operation

GCEC’s offices are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except for holidays.
