Payment Options | Farmers RECC

Farmers RECC offers several secure payment options for members to pay their bills. This document outlines the various payment options available and provides step-by-step instructions on how to make a payment using each method.

Online Portal

Farmers RECC’s online portal allows members to pay their bills, view their daily energy usage, and manage their accounts from anywhere with an internet connection. To make a payment using the online portal, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.farmersrecc.com and select “Member Center” from the top menu.
2. Log in to your account using your username and password. If you have never used our online payment options, you will need to set up your username and password with Farmers RECC.
3. Select “Billing” from the left-hand menu.
4. Select the account you want to pay.
5. Click “Pay Now” to proceed with the payment.
6. Choose your preferred payment method (credit/debit card or e-check).
7. Enter your payment information and confirm the payment.

Phone

Farmers RECC also offers a phone system for members to make payments over the phone. To make a payment using the phone system, follow these steps:

1. Call 270-651-2191 and select option ‘2’ to pay your bill.
2. Have your account number ready.
3. Follow the prompts to enter your payment information and confirm the payment.

Mail

Farmers RECC can also take a payment via mail. To make a payment via mail, follow these steps:

1. Address your envelope to: Farmers RECC, P.O. Box 2198, Glasgow, KY 42142-1298.
2. Include your payment stub and payment information.
3. Mail your payment before the due date to ensure timely payment.

Office

Payments can also be made in person at one of the following locations:

1. Headquarters: 504 South Broadway, Glasgow, KY 42141
2. Munfordville Office: 401 Main Street, Munfordville, KY 42765

Texting

To enable text-to-pay with Farmers RECC, we must have a valid credit card profile set up. To do this:

1. Set up a credit card profile:
   • Visit our Member Center at www.farmersrecc.com and log in.
   • Select “Your Payments” tab.
   • Select credit card or e-check profile.
   • Complete the information.
2. Set up your phone number:
   • Visit our Member Center at www.farmersrecc.com and log in.
   • Select “Your Account” tab.
   • Complete telephone number information.
3. Text “START” to 352667 to enable text-to-pay.
4. To pay, text “PAY”.

Quick Pay

Farmers RECC also offers a quick pay feature, which allows members to make a payment without logging in to the portal. To use quick pay, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.farmersrecc.com and select “Quick Pay” from the top menu.
2. Enter your account number and select “Next”.
3. Choose your preferred payment method (credit/debit card or e-check).
4. Enter your payment information and confirm the payment.

Arrangements

Farmers RECC allows members to create arrangements for their accounts. An arrangement is a recurring payment set up on a member’s account. To create an arrangement, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account using your username and password.
2. Select “Billing” from the left-hand menu.
3. Select “Create Arrangement” from the top menu.
4. Choose your preferred payment method (credit/debit card or e-check).
5. Enter your payment information and confirm the arrangement.
