You can make a payment online through MyEntergy, Entergy’s online customer portal. Simply log in to your account, select “Make a Payment,” and follow the prompts. You can pay using a credit or debit card, or directly from your bank account.
2. Automatic Bank Draft
With automatic bank draft, your monthly bill amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date. To enroll, log in to MyEntergy and select “Payment Options” from the menu.
3. Pay by Phone
You can also pay your bill over the phone using our automated phone system. Simply call 1-800-968-8243 (1-800-9OUTAGE) and follow the prompts.
4. Mail a Payment
If you prefer to pay by mail, you can send a check or money order to:

2. Time-of-Day Pricing
Time-of-day pricing allows you to save money by shifting your energy usage to off-peak hours. You’ll be charged a lower rate for energy used during off-peak hours (9 PM – 12 PM) and a higher rate during peak hours (12 PM – 9 PM).
3. Real-Time Pricing
Real-time pricing allows you to save money by shifting your energy usage in response to real-time market prices. You’ll be charged a lower rate for energy used during periods of low demand and a higher rate during periods of high demand.
