ECWA Bill Pay: Easy and Convenient Options

Erie County Water Authority (ECWA) offers various bill payment options for its customers’ convenience. You can choose the method that best suits your needs and make a payment quickly and easily. This article will guide you through the different payment options available and how to make a payment.

Online Payment

The fastest and most convenient way to pay your ECWA bill is online. You can access the online payment system through the ECWA website. To make a payment, you will need your nine-digit ECWA account number, which is located at the top of your water bill.

To get started, visit the ECWA website at www.ecwa.org and click on the “Customers” tab at the top of the page. From there, select “Payment Options” and choose the “Online Payment” option. You will be redirected to a secure payment portal where you can enter your account number and make a payment using a credit/debit card or checking account.

Please note that a service fee will be charged by Paymentus for payments made with credit/debit cards. There is no service fee for payments made through a checking account.

By Phone

Another option for paying your ECWA bill is by phone. You can call the toll-free number 1-855-748-1076, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Have your nine-digit ECWA account number ready when you call.

You can pay your bill using a credit/debit card or checking account. Please note that a service fee will be charged by Paymentus for payments made with credit/debit cards.

If you prefer to pay your bill by mail, you can send a check or money order along with the payment coupon included with your water bill to the following address:
