Paying your Cleveland Public Power (CPP) bill is now more convenient than ever. With various payment options available, you can choose the method that suits you best. Online Payments

Simply visit the CPP website, click on the “Payment Options” tab, and select “Online Payments.” From there, you can register as a new user or sign in to access your profile and make a one-time payment. If you are a new user and have a valid CPP account, sign up for your very own account. If you are paying online and your balance is over 30 days old, contact the Call Center at 216-664-4600 and report your payment to prevent disconnection of service.

Payment by Phone

Another option for paying your CPP bill is by phone. Simply call 216-420-8000 and have your credit or debit card ready. This method is convenient for those who prefer not to go online or do not have access to a computer.

Payment by Mail

You can also pay your CPP bill by mail with your personal check or money order. When paying by mail, remember to write your account number on the check and include the stub from your bill. Please allow up to 5 business days for the payment to process. Send your payments, both Residential and Business, to:

To pay your bill in person, stop at the Customer Care Center located at 1201 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44114. The Customer Care center is open to receive your payments Monday-Friday: 7:30AM – 5:30PM.
