Paying your Cleveland Public Power bill has never been easier, with various payment options available to suit your needs. You can choose to pay online, by phone, by mail, in person, or even set up a payment plan. Let’s discuss each of these options in detail.

Online Payments

You can register as a new user or sign in to access your profile and make a one-time payment. If you are a new user and have a valid CPP account, sign up for your very own account. If you are paying online and your balance is over 30 days old, contact the Call Center at 216-664-4600 and report your payment to prevent disconnection of service.

Pay by Phone

You may pay your CPP bill by phone with your credit or debit card by calling 216-420-8000.

Pay by Mail

Pay your CPP bill by mail with your personal check or money order. When paying by mail, remember to write your account number on the check and include the stub from your bill. Please allow up to 5 business days for the payment to process.

A cash deposit equal to one month’s estimated bill may be required as security for the payment of services rendered. Failure of the customer to give advance notice of termination of service may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
