The City of Chino Utility Billing Services Division collects funds to support the operations of the City’s water, sewer, and storm drain systems, along with collecting funds for contracted sewage treatment, refuse collection, recycling, street sweeping services, business licenses, and holiday closure. You can pay your City of Chino utility bill online using the City of Chino e-BillPay or by mail, phone, drive-up payment box, or drop slot payment box.
To pay your utility bill online, visit the City of Chino e-BillPay website at https://www.onlinebiller.com/chino_city/index.html. You can view your entire bill detail online and print it 24/7, receive email notifications of new bills, optionally turn off your paper bill, make one-time payments with a credit/debit card or a bank account, and sign up for automatic payments with a credit/debit card or bank account. You can also view multiple City of Chino accounts with one username and password.
If you experience any difficulties while using the e-BillPay system, you can contact Customer Service by clicking here. Please note that City of Chino representatives will never send you an email requesting you to validate personal information such as your social security number, date of birth, driver’s license number, or other sensitive information. Once you have enrolled in City of Chino’s e-BillPay, you can update your personal information by logging into your account at any time.
Alternatively, you can pay your utility bill by mail by sending a personal or company check to City Hall using the return envelope provided with your utility bill. You can also make cash and credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) payments in person at City Hall during normal business hours, or by phone using the convenient drive-up payment box located in the west parking lot behind City Hall.
To request water or trash services, you can call or visit the Utilities Division. To request a replacement waste cart or to schedule a bulky item pick-up, you can visit Chino Waste Management or call Waste Management at 1 (800) 423-9986.
