CCWA offers an automatic draft payment plan for both residential and business customers. This plan allows CCWA to automatically draft your monthly bill from your bank, credit union, or savings and loan. You will still receive a monthly statement bill, and you can view your account history and payment information online. To sign up for the automatic draft payment plan, click on the “Automatic Draft Payment Plan” link on CCWA’s website.
Service Reconnection
If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, you must make your reconnection payment before 3 p.m. for your service to be reconnected on the same day. Service will not be reconnected until the next business day if your payment is made after 3 p.m.
