You can also pay your bill online through Utility Billing Services (UBS). This option is for customers who prefer the convenience of paying their monthly bill in a safe and secure internet environment. To begin the online account management and bill payment process, click here. Please have your Utility Billing Services account number available. A $2.49 convenience fee applies for each online credit or debit card payment.

1. One-Time Automated Telephone Payments

Pay your bill fee-free with a checking account through the Paymentus automated system at 1.833.245.1947. You may also make payments using a credit/debit card; however, a $2.95 third-party convenience fee applies.

Paying online is only half of the benefit. By going paperless and not receiving paper invoices, you can increase the effect you can have on the environment. There are several ways reducing paper consumption helps the environment, including saving trees and using less gas. Central Arkansas Water has partnered with Promise to offer customers an easy and convenient way to set up no-fee payment plans for past-due water and sewer charges. All CAW residents and businesses that owe $50 or more on their CAW water bill are eligible for the program. Customers who enroll in a payment plan for an outstanding balance will be protected from negative consequences such as penalties, fees, and water service disconnections as long as both the CAW account and plan with Promise stay current. Utility Billing Services (UBS) accepts electronic checks (eChecks) and credit and debit card payments 24 hours a day through Paymentus. Log into your online account profile to access your account and pay your bill by eCheck or credit or debit card. You may also pay 24 hours a day by telephone. Call 1.501.372.5161, then select option 3 to pay your bill by eCheck or credit or debit card. Payments via E-check are always FREE! Paymentus charges a $2.49 third-party convenience fee for each online and/or telephone credit card or debit card payment.
