Welcome to your PSO account! Here, you can pay your bills online, view your billing history, and manage your account. We offer various payment methods to make it easy for you to pay your bills on time.

Pay Bills Online

To pay your bills online, follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in to your account using your username and password.
  2. Click on the “Bills & Payments” tab.
  3. Select the bill you want to pay.
  4. Choose your preferred payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover)
    • Bank Draft (E-Check)
    • PayPal
  5. Enter your payment information.
  6. Review your payment details and submit your payment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.

View Billing History

You can view your billing history by logging into your account and clicking on the “Billing History” tab. Here, you’ll see a list of all your past bills, including the date, amount, and payment status.

Manage Payment Methods

You can add, edit, or remove payment methods by logging into your account and clicking on the “Manage Payment Methods” tab. We recommend having at least two payment methods on file to avoid any interruptions in your service.

AutoPay

AutoPay is a convenient way to ensure your bills are paid on time, every time. By enrolling in AutoPay, your monthly bill will be automatically deducted from your chosen payment method. You can sign up for AutoPay by logging into your account and clicking on the “AutoPay” tab.

Average Monthly Payments

Average Monthly Payments (AMP) is a program that helps you budget your energy payments. By enrolling in AMP, your monthly payments will be averaged over the past 12 months, allowing you to pay a consistent amount each month. You can sign up for AMP by logging into your account and clicking on the “Average Monthly Payments” tab.

Power Pay Prepaid Electricity

Power Pay Prepaid Electricity is a prepaid electricity program that allows you to pay for your electricity upfront. By enrolling in Power Pay, you can avoid deposits and late fees. You can sign up for Power Pay by logging into your account and clicking on the “Power Pay Prepaid Electricity” tab.

Light A Life

Light A Life is a program that helps you save energy and money. By enrolling in Light A Life, you’ll receive a free energy audit and recommendations on how to reduce your energy usage. You can sign up for Light A Life by logging into your account and clicking on the “Light A Life” tab.

WindChoice

WindChoice is a program that allows you to choose renewable energy for your home or business. By enrolling in WindChoice, you’ll support renewable energy and reduce your carbon footprint. You can sign up for WindChoice by logging into your account and clicking on the “WindChoice” tab.

Outages

In the event of a power outage, you can report it online or by calling 1-888-216-3523. You can also view our outage map to see the status of your outage and estimated restoration time.

Savings
