SmartHub

SmartHub is Adams Fiber’s account management system. To pay your bill online using SmartHub, you will need to register for an account. To register, you will need your Adams Fiber account number, the last name or business name as it appears on your bill, and a valid email address. Once registered, you can pay your bill using your checking account or credit/debit card. SmartHub provides instant access to your account 24/7, email notification when new bills are available, and the option for paperless billing. You can also view your billing and payment history, check usage, and update your account details.

To pay your bill using SmartHub, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://adams.smarthub.coop/ and log in to your SmartHub account.
  2. Click on the “Billing & Payment” tab.
  3. Select the bill you want to pay.

At the Golden and Quincy offices, you can pay your bill using cash, check, or credit/debit card. Please make sure to provide your Adams Fiber account number and a daytime phone number.

After-Hours Night Deposit Box

If you need to make a payment outside of regular business hours, you can use the after-hours night deposit box at the Golden and Quincy offices. Simply place your payment (check or money order only) and your bill stub in the night deposit box. Please be sure to provide your Adams Fiber account number and a daytime phone number. Payments left in the night deposit box will be posted the next business day. Adams Fiber is not responsible for cash left in night deposit boxes.

Mail Payments
