Piedmont Electric offers six different payment methods, including:
- SmartHub: Pay your bill online through SmartHub, Piedmont Electric’s online portal. You can view your energy use, set up auto bank drafts, and sign up for paperless billing.
- Pay Now: Pay your bill online without logging in to SmartHub. All you need is your account number.
- Mail: Send payments to PO Drawer 1469, Hillsborough, NC 27278. Allow at least a week for delivery and processing.
- Phone: Call 800.222.3107 to pay your bill over the phone.
- MoneyGram or Western Union: Make a payment at a local MoneyGram or Western Union location.
- In Person: Pay your bill in person at one of Piedmont Electric’s offices.
