You can also pay your water bill over the phone by calling Loudoun Water’s customer service number at (571) 291-7880. Have your account number and payment information ready, and follow the prompts to complete the payment process. - Mail Payment:
If you prefer to pay your water bill by mail, simply send a check or money order along with the payment stub to the address listed on the bill. Make sure to include your account number and payment amount on the check or money order. - In-Person Payment:
You can also pay your water bill in person at Loudoun Water’s office located at 44865 Loudoun Water Way, Ashburn, VA 20147. Bring your payment stub and payment method (cash, check, or money order) to the customer service desk.
