EPUD offers several bill payment options for its customers to pay their bills conveniently. This guide will walk you through the different payment options available and how to make a payment using each method.
Payment at EPUD’s Office
EPUD’s office is located at 33733 Seavey Loop Road, Eugene, OR 97405-9614. The office is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. You can pay your bill in person at the office during these hours.
To pay your bill at EPUD’s office, you can use the convenient public access window at the front of the building. Simply drop off your payment, and a customer service representative will assist you.
Online Payment
EPUD offers an online account management system called SmartHub, which allows you to securely pay your bill 24/7 on your computer or mobile device. To make an online payment, follow these steps:
- Log in to SmartHub using your account number and password.
- Click on “Billing & Payments” to view your bill and make a payment.
- Select the payment method you prefer (bank account, credit card, or debit card).
- Enter the amount you want to pay and confirm the payment.
- Keep the payment confirmation number for your records.
SmartHub’s Pay Now feature allows you to make a one-time payment without registering for an account. You can use this feature to pay your bill quickly and easily.
AutoPay
EPUD’s AutoPay feature allows you to automatically deduct your monthly payments from your bank or credit card account. To sign up for AutoPay, follow these steps:
- Log in to SmartHub using your account number and password.
- Select “Billing & Payments” and then “AutoPay.”
- Choose the payment method you prefer (bank account, credit card, or debit card).
- Enter the amount you want to pay and confirm the payment.
- Keep the payment confirmation number for your records.
By Phone
You can also pay your EPUD bill by phone using the following options:
- Call EPUD at (541) 746-1583 and select Option 1 from the message menu. Follow the self-guided instructions to make a payment.
- Call EPUD at (541) 746-1583 and press Option 2 to speak with a customer service representative during business hours.

Make sure to include your account number and the payment amount on the check or money order.
Dropbox
EPUD has a dropbox located at the front of its office where you can drop off your payment after hours. Cash payments are now permitted to be dropped off at this secure site.
Pay Stations
EPUD has several pay stations throughout its district where you can drop off your payment without postage. Please note that pay station payments may take more than a week to process.
Effective October 15, 2021, the following Banner Bank pay stations will no longer accept payments for your EPUD account:
- Cottage Grove: Banner Bank at 25 Gateway Boulevard
- Pleasant Hill: Banner Bank at 35867 Highway 58
- Veneta: Banner Bank at 88312 Territorial Road
