To pay your bill online, visit the Benton Utilities website at www.bentonutilities.com/billing-services. Click on the “Pay Your Bill” button and follow the prompts to make a payment. You will need your account number and the last four digits of your social security number to access your account.

1. Phone Payment

You can also pay your bill over the phone by calling 501-776-5923. Have your account number and payment information ready, and follow the automated prompts to make a payment.

1. In-Person Payment

If you prefer to pay in person, you can visit the Benton Utilities office located at 1501 Citizen’s Way, Benton, AR 72015. The office is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card.
