Paying Your Bill – Paducah Water

Paying your water bill has never been easier with Paducah Water! Our online account system is more convenient than ever, allowing you to view your current bill, make payments, enroll in e-billing, select paperless billing, and view your consumption history.

To register for an online account, you will need your Paducah Water account number, which is located on the top right portion of your bill. Once you have your account number, simply visit our website at https://www.pwwky.com/paying-your-bill/ and follow the prompts to register. If you need assistance with registration, you may call customer service at 270-442-2746.

If your water service has been disconnected, please do not use the automated telephone or online payment systems. Contact our office to make the payment required to have your water service restored.

Other Payment Options

In addition to online payments, Paducah Water offers several other payment options for your convenience. You can pay your bill using the following methods:

• Payment Drop Boxes: Kroger on Irvin Cobb Drive (south side), the shopping center on Hinkleville Road across from Hancock Fabrics, South Fork Lighting in Lone Oak, the former West McCracken Water District office on Ogden Landing Road, and beside the front entrance of our Business Office.
• U.S. Mail: Use the envelope enclosed with your bill or mail your payment to P. O. Box 2477, Paducah, KY 42002-2477.
• Direct Debit: Have your payment drafted from your bank account each month when it’s due. Simply complete the Direct Debit Enrollment form on our website.
• Phone: Call 270-442-2746 and select Option 1. Have your PW account number handy!
• In Person: Visit our Business Office, located at 1800 North 8th Street.
