Pay Your Bill | City of Lexington

Paying your bill with the City of Lexington has never been easier! There are several ways to pay your LEXserv bill, and we’ve outlined them all for you below. Choose the method that works best for you and follow the instructions to make your payment.

1. Pay Online

You can pay your bill online using the LEXserv Customer Portal. Simply register for an account, and then you can:

• Make a one-time payment
• Set up ACH (Automatic Bank Draft)
• Go paperless by logging into your account and selecting the following options: Manage My Profile, Communication Preferences, check “email.”

1. LEXserv AutoPay

You can make a one-time payment or enroll in AutoPay using a credit card, debit card, echeck, checking or savings accounts. To enroll in AutoPay, follow these steps:

• Click the link below:
  https://billpay.lexingtonky.gov/iwr/user/login.seam
• Enter your User Name and Password
• Click on the “Manage My Account” button
• Select “AutoPay” and follow the prompts to set up your payment

1. Pay by Phone

Call (859) 280-8047 or 1 (888) 987-8111 to pay with credit card, debit card, or echeck for a small processing fee. Have your account number and payment information ready when you call.

1. Pay by Mail

Mail your payment and bill stub to:

You can pay with check or money order. Make sure to include your account number and payment information with your payment.

1. Drop off at Payment Box

Drop off your payment and bill stub in the LEXserv payment box outside the Government Center at 200 E. Main St. You can pay with check or money order.

1. Pay at LEXserv Office

Bring your payment and a copy of your bill to Revenue Division, 218 E. Main Street. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. You can pay with cash, check, money order, credit, or debit card.

If your LEXserv account is about to be disconnected or your water has been shut off due to a delinquent LEXserv account, you can pay by phone, online, or in person at the Government Center at 218 E. Main Street. Payment in full is required to restore water service or to avoid possible service disruption.
