Baltimore City offers residents the convenience of paying their bills online, by phone, or in person. This guide will provide information on how to make payments for various bills, including parking citations, real property tax, personal property tax, miscellaneous billing, and more.

Online Payment Directory

The City of Baltimore’s Online Payment Directory allows residents to make payments for various bills online. The directory can be accessed at https://pay.baltimorecity.gov/.

To make an online payment, follow these steps:

  1. Select the type of bill you want to pay from the dropdown menu.
  2. Enter your account number or citation number.
  3. Choose the payment method: credit or debit card, or e-check.
  4. Enter your payment information.
  5. Review your transaction details and confirm your payment.

A convenience fee will be charged for credit or debit card payments. There is no convenience fee for e-check payments.

Phone Payments

Residents can also make payments over the phone using the City’s payment processing service, ACI Worldwide. The phone number for credit card payments is 1-877-729-6269. The phone number for check payments is 1-866-397-4609.

Walk-In Payments

Payments can be made in person at the Abel Wolman Municipal Building, located at 200 Holliday Street, Baltimore, MD 21202. Office hours are from 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

All checks must be made payable to “Director of Finance.” The address to use for mail payments depends on the type of payment:

  • Parking, Red Light, and Speed Camera citations:
