If your service is disconnected for non-payment, we will reconnect your service once the following payments have been made on your account:

  • The entire past-due amount
  • A disconnect fee**

We cannot reconnect service on weekends or holidays. To avoid having your service disconnected, please call us before the disconnect date listed on your disconnect notice to make arrangements on your bill.
