Online Bill Pay

To pay your ImOn bill online, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the ImOn customer portal at www.myimon.com/customer-portal.
2. Select the “Manage My Account” link located in the upper right-hand corner. A new login browser window will open.
3. Select “Click here to register” under “New Users.”
4. Complete the information fields and select “Register.” You have now registered your ImOn account and can view and pay your bill online.
5. Log in to your account and select “Pay Now” from the main menu.
6. Choose the payment method you prefer – credit card, checking, or savings account.
7. Enter the required information for your chosen payment method.
8. Confirm your payment information and submit your payment.

AutoPay

ImOn’s AutoPay program automatically withdraws your monthly payments from your checking or savings account on your bill due date. This is a FREE option and guarantees your bill will be paid on time every month! To enroll in AutoPay:

You may also make a credit card payment over the phone by calling ImOn Customer Care at 319-298-6484 between 7:00 am-7:00 pm Monday-Friday, or 8:00 am-12:00 pm Saturday. You will need your ImOn account number when making the payment. Please note that a $5.95 convenience fee applies to all credit card payments.
2. Pay by Mail: Payments made by mail should be sent to the address specified in your bill:

1. Drop Off: You can make payments in person at ImOn’s headquarters building located in Downtown Cedar Rapids, 101 3rd Avenue SW, or at our Iowa City Customer Care Office located at 702 S. Payments can also be placed in the after-hours payment drop box located outside the front entrance of the Cedar Rapids’ ImOn Customer Care Office.
