Paying your Erie County water bill is now more accessible than ever, with several options available to suit your needs. Whether you prefer to pay online, by phone, or in person, we’ve got you covered. In this article, we’ll guide you through the various payment options and provide answers to frequently asked billing questions.
Online Payment Options
For your convenience, the Erie County Water Authority (ECWA) offers an online payment system that allows you to pay your water bill electronically. You can access the online payment system through the ECWA website, where you’ll need your nine-digit ECWA account number, which is located at the top of your water bill.
Once you’ve entered your account number, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment processing website. You’ll need to select the type of payment you’d like to make (one-time payment or automatic payments), and then enter your payment information. Please note that a service fee will be charged by Paymentus for payments made with credit/debit cards.
Phone Payment Options
If you prefer to pay your water bill over the phone, you can call the ECWA’s toll-free number at 1-855-748-1076, which is available 24/7. Have your nine-digit ECWA account number and payment information ready, and follow the prompts to make your payment. Please note that a service fee will be charged by Paymentus for payments made with credit/debit cards.
