Paying your water bill is easy and convenient with the City of Tampa’s online payment system. You can pay your bill online, by phone, or in person.

To pay your water bill online, follow these steps:

2. Click on the “Pay Now” button.
3. Enter your account number and password.
4. Follow the prompts to make a payment.

You can also pay your water bill by phone by calling the Utilities Call Center at (813) 274-8811, weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Have your account number and payment information ready.

To pay in person, you can visit the Utilities Customer Service Center located at 306 East Jackson Street, Tampa, Florida 33602. You can make a payment Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
