Common Billing Questions
Q: How can I make changes to my credit or debit card payment method information?
A: First, log into MyADT.com. Click the Account tab from the left navigation and click Update Payment Method. If you’ve already entered at least one payment method, choose it from the Saved Payment Methods. If you’re enrolled in ADT EasyPay®, then click the Manage EasyPay button. To add a new method, click the link for Add New Payment Method, then enter the card or bank account information.
Q: When is my bill due and how much do I owe?
A: Your billing statement closing dates are determined based on when the alarm system was activated. You can find the due date of your current bill on the Dashboard or Account page of MyADT.com, or by looking in the top right portion of your invoice. While you’re on the My Bill page, you can see the amount that’s owed. The amount appears just below your due date.
Q: Can I change the due date for my bill?
A: Your statement date is based on when the system was initially activated. This isn’t available as an online feature right now. If you need to change your statement due date, please call (800) ADT-ASAP for assistance.
Q: Why am I no longer receiving a paper statement?
A: If you signed up for the ADT EasyPay® program, you’ll no longer receive a statement in the mail. If you’re not using ADT EasyPay, visit the Account > Profile page to review the billing address we have on file and make a change if it’s incorrect.
Q: How do I change my billing address?
A: To change your billing address, log into MyADT and click on Account from the left navigation. Then click on the Profile tab. Click the Edit button to the right of Billing Address. Input your updated address and then click Update.
