Kentucky American Water offers several convenient ways to pay your water bill. You can choose the method that suits you best, whether it’s online, by phone, by mail, or in person.

Online Payment

The easiest and most convenient way to pay your Kentucky American Water bill is online. You can log in to MyWater, Kentucky American Water’s customer portal, to view and pay your bill. With MyWater, you can also sign up for Auto Pay and Paperless Billing, track your water usage, and compare it to your neighborhood average.

To pay your bill online, follow these steps:

1. Log in to MyWater using your username and password.
2. Click on the “Pay Your Bill” button.
3. Choose your preferred payment method: bank account, credit card, or electronic check.
4. Enter your payment information and confirm the payment.
5. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is processed.

Phone Payment

If you prefer to pay your bill over the phone, you can call Kentucky American Water’s customer service center at 1-800-678-6301. Have your 16-digit account number handy, which can be found on your bill. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or your bank account (Electronic Check). A $1.95 transaction fee applies.

You can also pay your bill by mail. Send your payment along with the payment stub to:

Customers are encouraged to call the location first to verify they still accept payments for Kentucky American Water, as well as the fee information provided on this site.

Third-Party Payment

If someone handles paying your bills, such as a relative, trustee, or social service organization, Kentucky American Water can send a copy of your bill, as well as a reminder, past-due, and shut-off notices, to that third party. To add a third-party, visit MyWater or contact Kentucky American Water’s customer service center at 1-800-678-6301.

Braille, Large Print, or Audio Invoices

Customers can request to receive their Kentucky American Water bill in Braille, large print, or as an audio file by contacting Kentucky American Water’s customer service center. Please note that customers requesting an alternate format will continue to receive their regular print format or paperless bill on time. The alternate formatted bill will be sent 7-10 business days after.
