You can pay your water bill online using MyPhillyWaterBill, the City’s water bill payment website. With MyPhillyWaterBill, you can:

Pay your water bill online
View your water bill
Check your water usage
Set up automatic payments
Update your account information

To pay your water bill online, follow these steps:

Go to MyPhillyWaterBill
Click on “Pay Your Water Bill”
Enter your Water Access Code (found on your bill) and ZIP code
Select how you want to pay (automatic bank payments, credit card, check or money order, or eCheck)
Follow the prompts to complete your payment

Note: A convenience fee applies to credit card payments.

By Mail: Mail in the return portion of your bill with a check or money order, made payable to: Water Revenue Bureau, P.O. Box 41496, Philadelphia, PA 19101-1496.
